"MOTOBU First Retreat" Morning Yoga

At Spa Ryusui, we hold a morning wellness program called "Morning Yoga" every Sunday in the hotel courtyard, which is safe and enjoyable for beginners and young children.
This program offers a peaceful moment to connect with the sea and the land, featuring gentle stretches and yoga to help you start your day off right.

7:30 Move to the courtyard and the program begins.

Date and time	Date: Every Sunday Time: 7:30 - 8:10 (40 minutes)
Meeting time	7:20 Please gather at the entrance to Spa Ryusui (Club Wing 1F).
Fee	2,980 yen (tax included) per person. *Free for junior high school students and younger.
Payment	Please settle your payment at the "Ryusui" spa on the day of your visit. *Credit card and QR code payments are accepted.
Capacity	Capacity: No upper limit Minimum number of participants: 2
