Article 1 (Scope of Application)
- Contracts for Accommodation and related agreements to be concluded between this Hotel and the Guest to be accommodated shall be subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and any matters not provided for herein shall be governed by laws and regulations and/or generally accepted practices.
- In the event that the Hotel has entered into a special contract with a Guest insofar as such special contract does not violate laws and regulations and generally accepted practices, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, the special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of the preceding Paragraph.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)
- A Guest who intends to apply for an Accommodation Contract with the Hotel shall provide the Hotel with the following particulars:
- Guest name
- Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
- Accommodation fees (in principle, based on the basic accommodation fees in Appendix 1)
- Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel
- In the event that a Guest requests, during his/her stay, to extend his/her stay beyond the date specified in subparagraph (2) of the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel shall treat such request as if it were an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request was made.
Article 3 (Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts, etc.)
- An Accommodation Contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Hotel accepts the application stipulated in the preceding Article. However, this shall not apply if the Hotel proves that it did not accept the application.
- When an Accommodation Contract has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, an application fee set by the Hotel, limited to the basic accommodation charges for the entire stay (if the stay exceeds three days, then three days), shall be paid by the date specified by the Hotel.
- The application fee will first be applied to the accommodation fee to be paid by the guest in full, and in the event that a situation occurs to which the provisions of Article 6 and Article 18 apply, it will be applied in the order of penalty charges and compensation, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded at the time of payment of the accommodation fee as provided for in Article 12.
- If the application fee stipulated in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the Hotel pursuant to the provisions of the same Paragraph, the Accommodation Contract shall become invalid, provided, however, that the Hotel has so notified the Guest when specifying the due date for payment of the application fee.
Article 4 (Special agreement waiving the application fee)
- Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may enter into a special contract requiring no accommodation deposit after the Contract has been concluded.
- In the event that the Hotel has not requested the payment of the application fee stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article and/or has not specified the date by which the application fee is to be paid at the time the Hotel accepts the application for an Accommodation Contract, it shall be treated as if the Hotel has accepted a special contract stipulated in the preceding Paragraph.
Article 5 (Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract)
- The Hotel may refuse to enter into an Accommodation Contract in any of the following cases:
- When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
- When the Hotel is fully booked and there are no rooms available.
- When the Guest seeking accommodation is deemed liable to conduct himself or herself in a manner that will violate the laws, public order or good morals in regard to his or her accommodation.

When the person seeking accommodation is a designated organized crime group or a designated organized crime group member, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group" or "organized crime group member") under the "Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members" (enforced on March 1, 1992), or a related party thereof, or other anti-social forces.
- (a) When the person seeking accommodation is a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or a member of an organized crime group.
- (b) When the person seeking accommodation is a corporation and one of its officers is a member of an organized crime group.
- When the person seeking accommodation behaves in a manner that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
- When the person seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.
- When a person seeking accommodation has engaged in violence, threats, extortion or coercive unreasonable demands against the accommodation facility or its staff, or has made unreasonable demands, or is deemed to have engaged in similar conduct in the past.
- When it is impossible to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, malfunction of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.

When the case falls under Article 5 of the Okinawa Prefecture Hotel and Inn Business Law Enforcement Ordinance.
- (Note) The reasons specified in Article 5 of the above Ordinance shall be as follows:
- (a) When the person seeking accommodation is heavily intoxicated or behaving in a significantly abnormal manner and is likely to cause inconvenience to other guests.
- (b) When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to be causing a nuisance to other guests due to his or her body or clothing being extremely unclean.
Article 6 (Guest's Right to Cancel Accommodation Contract)
- The Guest may cancel the Accommodation Contract by notifying the Hotel.
- In the event that the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract in whole or in part due to reasons attributable to the Guest (except in the case where the Hotel has specified a due date for the application fee and requested payment pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2, and the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract prior to payment), the Hotel shall charge a penalty as listed in Attached Table 2. However, in the event that the Hotel has entered into a special contract as set forth in Article 4, Paragraph 1, this shall apply only if the Hotel has notified the Guest of his or her obligation to pay the penalty in the event of the Guest canceling the Accommodation Contract, in accordance with such special contract.
- If the Guest does not arrive by 8:00 p.m. on the day of accommodation without contacting the Hotel (or by two hours after the expected arrival time if the Guest has specified such time in advance), the Hotel may regard the Accommodation Contract as having been cancelled by the Guest.
Article 7 (Hotel's Right to Cancel Contract)
- The Hotel may cancel the Accommodation Contract in any of the following cases:
- When the Guest is deemed liable to conduct himself or herself in a manner that will violate the laws, public order or good morals in regard to his or her accommodation, or when it is deemed that he or she has already conducted himself or herself in such a manner.

When the Guest is deemed to fall under any of the following (A) to (C):
- (a) Organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, associate members of organized crime groups, or persons related to organized crime groups or other anti-social forces
- (b) When a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or an organized crime group member.
- (c) A corporation in which any of its officers is a member of an organized crime group.
- When the guest behaves in a manner that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
- When the Guest can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.
- When a person seeking accommodation has engaged in violence, threats, extortion, or intimidating unreasonable demands against the accommodation facility or its staff (employees), or has requested an unreasonable burden, or is deemed to have engaged in similar behavior in the past.In addition, when there has been stalking, sexual harassment, or religious activities, business activities, or other behavior contrary to the purpose of the facility, against other guests or employees.
- When it is impossible to provide accommodation due to a natural disaster or other force majeure event.
- When the case falls under Article 5 of the Okinawa Prefecture Hotel and Inn Business Law Enforcement Ordinance.
- When the Guest fails to comply with the prohibited actions set forth in the Usage Regulations stipulated by the Hotel (limited to those necessary for fire prevention), such as smoking in bed, tampering with fire-fighting equipment, etc.
- When the Hotel has cancelled the Accommodation Contract in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Hotel shall not charge the Guest any fees for any accommodation services, etc. that he/she has not yet received.
Article 8 (Accommodation Registration)
- The Guest shall register the following particulars at the front desk of the Hotel on the day of accommodation:
- Name, age, sex, address and occupation of the guest
- For foreigners, nationality, passport number, place of entry and date of entry
- Departure date and scheduled time
- Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel
- If the Guest intends to pay the charges stipulated in Article 12 by any means other than Japanese currency, such as accommodation coupons or credit card, these shall be presented in advance at the time of registration stipulated in the preceding paragraph.
Article 9 (Guest Room Occupancy Hours)
- Guests may use the hotel's guest rooms from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following morning. However, in the case of consecutive stays, guests may use the rooms all day except on the days of arrival and departure. Please note that even after 3:00 PM, when the rooms are available for use, guests may be asked to wait due to room maintenance, etc.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel may permit guests to use the room outside of the hours specified therein. In such cases, the following additional charges will be charged. Please inquire at the front desk.
- Up to 3 hours over, 1/3 of the room rate
- Up to 6 hours overtime: 1/2 of the room rate
- After that, the full room rate will be charged
Article 10 (Compliance with Terms of Use)
Guests are required to observe the Hotel Usage Regulations established by the Hotel and posted within the Hotel.
Article 11 (Facility Information)
The business operations of the main facilities of the Hotel are as follows. Detailed information on the business operations of other facilities will be provided in the brochures provided, on notices posted in various locations, and through information tools in guest rooms.
- Front desk/cashier service hours
- No curfew
- Front desk 24 hours
- Foreign currency exchange service 24 hours
- The business operations of facilities, etc. may be changed without notice if necessary or unavoidable.
In that case, we will notify you by appropriate means.
Article 12 (Payment of Fees)
- The breakdown of the accommodation fees, etc. to be paid by the guest shall be as set forth in Schedule 1.
- Payment of accommodation charges, etc. as stated in the preceding paragraph shall be made at the front desk at the time of the Guest's departure or upon request by the Hotel in Japanese currency or by any other means acceptable to the Hotel, such as accommodation coupons or credit cards.
- Accommodation charges shall be charged even if the Guest voluntarily does not utilize the accommodation facility after it has been provided to the Guest by the Hotel and made available for use.
Article 13 (Liabilities of the Hotel)
- The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for damages caused to the Guest in the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of the Accommodation Contract and related agreements, unless such damages are due to reasons not attributable to the Hotel.
- Our hotel is covered by hotel liability insurance to deal with the unlikely event of a fire or other disaster.
Article 14 (Handling when contracted rooms cannot be provided)
- When the Hotel is unable to provide a contracted room to a Guest, it will arrange accommodation of the same standards elsewhere for the Guest, with the Guest's consent, wherever possible.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the Hotel is unable to arrange other accommodation for the Guest, the Hotel shall pay the Guest a compensation fee equivalent to the penalty charges, which shall be applied to the amount of damages. However, if the Hotel is unable to provide a room due to reasons beyond the Hotel's control, the Hotel shall not pay a compensation fee.
Article 15 (Handling of Deposited Items, etc.)
- The Hotel shall compensate for any damages, including loss or breakage, that occur to goods, cash or valuables deposited by the Guest at the Front Desk, unless such damages are due to acts of God. However, in the case of cash or valuables, if the Hotel requests the Guest to disclose the type and value of the items and the Guest fails to do so, the Hotel shall compensate for such damages up to a maximum of 150,000 yen.
- The Hotel shall compensate for damages incurred when loss, breakage or other damage occurs due to the Hotel's willful misconduct or negligence with respect to goods, cash or valuables brought into the Hotel by a Guest but not deposited at the Front Desk. However, for items for which the Guest has not previously notified the Hotel of the type and value, the Hotel shall compensate for such damages up to a maximum of 150,000 yen, except in cases where the damage is due to the Hotel's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 16 (Custody of Guest's Baggage or Belongings)
- When the baggage of the Guest is brought into the Hotel prior to his/her arrival, the Hotel shall be liable to store it only in cases where the Hotel has agreed to this in advance and shall hand it over to the Guest at the front desk at the time of his/her check-in.
- If a guest's baggage or belongings are found left behind at the hotel after check-out and the owner is identified, the hotel will contact the owner and ask for instructions. However, if no instructions are given by the owner or the owner is not identified, the hotel will store the items for seven days, including the day they are found.
- The Hotel's liability regarding the custody of the Guest's baggage and belongings in the cases of the preceding two Paragraphs shall be in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article in the case of Paragraph 1, and with the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article in the case of the preceding Paragraph.
Article 17 (Parking Responsibility)
When a Guest uses the parking lot of the Hotel, the Hotel is merely lending the space and is not responsible for the custody of the Guest's vehicle, regardless of whether the key to the vehicle has been deposited with the Hotel.
Article 18 (Guest Liability)
In the event that the Hotel suffers damage due to intentional or negligent acts on the part of the Guest, the Guest shall compensate the Hotel for such damage.

- Children's rates apply to elementary school students and younger, and when meals and bedding equivalent to those for adults are provided, 80% of the adult rate will be charged. There will be no charge for infants aged 3 and under who are not provided with bedding or meals.

- The percentage is the ratio of the penalty to the basic accommodation fee.
- If the number of days in the contract is shortened, a penalty will be charged for the number of days shortened.
- If a contract is terminated for part of a group of 15 or more people, no penalty will be charged for the number of people that is 10% (rounded up to the nearest whole number) of the number of guests staying as of 10 days prior to the date of stay (or the date of acceptance if the application is accepted after that date).
- If you cancel only part of a reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged at the above cancellation rate for each cancelled person, regardless of the number of people in the reservation.
