We are pleased to announce that The Orion Hotel Motobu Resort & Spa (hereinafter referred to as " Orion Beer "), operated by Orion Hotel Co., Ltd., a group company of Orion Beer Co., Ltd. (Head office: Tomigusuku City, Okinawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Hajime Murano; hereinafter referred to as "Orion Beer"), will join the Miyako Hotels & Resorts chain brand developed by Kintetsu Miyako Hotels Co., Ltd. (Head office: Tennoji-ku, Osaka City; President and CEO: Shigenobu Oya) from July 1, 2025.
In addition, we will be holding a campaign to commemorate our membership. Please refer to the attached document for details.

The Orion Group is aiming to provide attractive products and experiences to Okinawan residents and tourists from both Japan and abroad, and to solidify a sustainable, circular growth business model that grows together with Okinawa. To achieve this, we are concentrating our management resources in the resort area of ​​northern Okinawa Prefecture and steadily capturing tourism demand. In order to further enhance the appeal of our hotel, which is the official hotel of "JUNGLIA OKINAWA" opening in July of this year, we have decided to join Miyako Hotels & Resorts.
The Kintetsu Group operates a diverse range of businesses both domestically and internationally, including transportation, real estate, international logistics, distribution, and hotels and leisure. In the "Kintetsu Group Long-Term Vision 2035," announced in March of this year, the hotel and leisure business is positioned as a bridge to group growth, and the Okinawa area is positioned as one of the important business areas. In particular, Miyako Hotels & Resorts is a chain brand operated by Kintetsu Miyako Hotels Co., Ltd., with 24 member hotels in Japan and overseas, and its loyalty program "Miyako Plus" is used by approximately 200,000 members. With this new partnership, we will deepen our collaboration in various fields, such as domestic and international sales, data-driven marketing, and sharing of operational know-how, and contribute to enhancing the appeal of our hotels.
Furthermore, Orion Beer Co., Ltd. and Kintetsu Group Holdings Co., Ltd., the parent company of Kintetsu Miyako Hotels Co., Ltd., entered into a capital and business alliance in June 2024 to promote business cooperation in the tourism and leisure sector. This latest membership will further strengthen and deepen their cooperation in the hotel sector.
Moving forward, based on our capital and business alliance, we will deepen our collaboration to leverage the strengths of both the Orion Group and the Kintetsu Group, and create synergistic effects that will be beneficial to Okinawa as well.
