We have received certification as a "Five-Star Restaurant for Food Safety and Security."
We are pleased to announce that three of our restaurants within the hotel—our all-day All-Day Dining restaurant, the barbecue restaurant "Capella" and the Okinawan "Kari"—have been certified as "Five-Star Restaurants for Food Safety and Security" by the Japan Food Hygiene Association.
The "Five-Star Food Safety and Security Store" certification is awarded to facilities that actively implement the five food hygiene management items set by the association, which are necessary to provide safe and secure food.
